EXECUTIVE - SAFETY (Dec 2021 – Still Date)

Looking after the safety activities of Guide Shop, Machine Shop, Forge Shop and FID.

Conducting HIRA & determining projects to reduce risks.

Recertification of ISO 45001.

Analyze the accident/Incidents find out the root cause and ensure recurrence prevention.

Identification of Unsafe Act and Unsafe Conditions through the Walk Around Safety Audit.

Safety Induction for new joiners and creating awareness on Occupational Health and safety covering 1000 employees at Plant – 3.

Ensuring Statutory Compliance of the plant legal compliances like (Pressure vessel Test, Lifting Tackles and Hoist, Accident reporting).

Carry out Safety Committee Meetings & implement corrective actions.

Conducting Mock drills as per Schedule & implementing corrective actions.

Participating in Design Approval Process for new machineries and technologies to recommend safety features at design phase.

Coordinating cutomer audits - Press Machines, MonSoon Prepardness and OSHWM Audits by customer Hyundai.

Trained and developed safety, first aid and fire fighting teams in the plant to assist in emergency situations.

Ensuring safe working of critical process through work permit system for both plant maintenance and project works.

Average HSE plant score reached to 83% (2022 – 2023) from 69 % (2021 – 2022).

Developed & implemented Authorized Operator System for Electric Stacker.

Developed & implemented integrated standard for Fire Hydrant System installation & Mapping with compliance to IS 13039.

Developed & implemented integrated standard for Automatic Fire Alarm System & Manual call Point installation & Mapping with compliance to IS 2189.
