Preparation of daily Revenue Reports compare with last year with budget for particular month and month to date.

Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
Assist and supervise the stock taking functions
Maintenance of General Ledger including balancing to subsidiary ledgers
Monitor and review that stock-takes are carried out and reports generated
Maintaining of Accruals and prepayment schedules
Accounts receivable accounting
Regular follow-up on sundry debtor’s collection to have the smooth cash flow
All the Sundry debtors’ reconciliation of Accounts and get the confirmation of balance quarterly, half yearly and Year end.
Regular meeting on Sundry Debtors and attend the Audit committee meeting chaired by Vice Chairman of the hotel to explain the debtors position as on date.
Preparation of Trial balance, Profit and Loss Account
Preparation of Balance sheet and Schedule of Balance Sheet
Preparation of budgeting quarterly, half yearly and annually.
Supervise the daily administration and Operations of the Finance Department
Thorough knowledge in ms-excel and ms-word, power point
Safe guarding the Company Assets with proper coding in the Asset Register
Self-driven & self-motivated, mature and professional approach
Aware of hotel policies, procedures and relevant legislations
Reporting to Group Financial Controller
Reporting to group General manager

Responsible for preparing of month-end journals and month end financial statements
Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of senior management
Ensure that daily City Ledger and Accounts Payable transactions are batch processed and balanced to control account and processed in the correct accounting period
Ensure that daily and monthly food and beverage costing reports are produced and filed
Preparing month-end financial statements for review by the Group Financial Controller by the following month
Regular follow-up on sundry debtor’s collection to have the smooth cash flow
Train & Motivate the team members up to the standard of the Hotel procedure and Policies.
Perform any other duties as required by the Financial Controller or the Management
Experienced in Hospitality Industry and ability to solve the problems under time pressure
Handling of Hotel Internal Audit and External Audit with supporting document and proper explanation given time to time required
