I have been an EMS Chief with the Dixmoor FD and a firefighter/paramedic with the Palos Fire Protection District. I have field experience in both medical and trauma events. All these fulfil the requirement of being a people person, a good PR person for this position with Alaska Airlines
In addition, I have been an American Heart Association instructor in the disciplines of BLS, ACLS and
PALS for several years. I have recently retired from Advocate Christ Medical Center as their training center coordinator. I enjoyed my work there but I would like to also use my experiences actively in a different environment.
I am confident that I have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully work as a team member in the position being offered as a customer service agent.
