Pre-commissioning programmed work in process piping system & sub-system, Test package piping completion.

Based in Kuwait where WOOD has a PMC role on the KNPC CFP Project. Perform construction engineering practices and the exercise of professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by superiors. Having QC Coordinator responsibility for a team of Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Piping/Welding/Electrical/Instrumentation/Painting/Insulation and Refractory Engineers to coordinate and assigning daily tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1)Led a group of engineers to successful completion of the project from concept and design review stages through construction to Final Mechanical Completion (MCC) and turn over.

2)Review contract and project procedural requirements.

3)Coordinate the work of the Company QC Engineers/Inspectors.

4)Monitor daily Contractor’s RFI register.

5)Monitor monthly Contractor’s NCR register and review the status of their close out.

The Aromatics plant is having process units designed by licensor UOP, chemical tankage facilities for intermediate product storage and shipping tankage, utilities drains and flare systems, infrastructure by way of buildings including the aromatics control room and unit substations. Co-products from Aromatics exported to adjacent refineries with additional facilities installed to handle the co-products. All such facilities located outside the aromatics plant battery limits are termed Off-Plots.
