JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

STRUCTURE:

Execution of Erection work of technical structure like platforms, tie beams, pipe supports roof truss, cable tray support, etc.,

Execution of site fabrication of structure Beams, Channels, Staircase, Roof Truss, ESP columns, panels etc.,

Making structure module assemblies and bolt tightening at site.

Crane load calculation for module loading, unloading, and erection.

Making lifting procedures, plans, work permit, work at height procedures and regular tool box talk for safety implementation.

Measurement and Quality checking of Pre-assemblies, fabricated structures as per drawing parameters.

Drawing identification & planning erection sequence.

Maintain daily progress report and monitoring the work progress.

Making of Preassemblies to minimize the work at height and reduce the number of lifts.

Planning Manpower and organizing for the same through the contractor in good advance for completing the planned work in time

PIPING:

Interpretation of drawings and guiding the contractors to execute the work Checking fitups, arranging there source.

Day-to- Day planning and monitor the progress at site.

Selection and Issue of require materials as per the Drawing and codes of standard Supports and fabrication of the same as per the drawing.

Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety

Make Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority.

Appraise the Client about progress and quality of work.

Follow up of all non-conformance reports (NCR’s).

Preparation of site engineering requests (SER).
