WORKFORCE FIELD OPERATION MANAGER/ SAFETY, CAPITAL CITY ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Some of the top responsibilities of my current role include but are not limited to hiring, terminating, coaching, mentoring, and placing 50+ field employees that include electricians, journeymen, apprentices, foremen and superintendents and service techs. I conduct 60-day reviews and yearly evaluations in which I get feedback from employee supervisors to help employees know how they are doing or where they need to improve. Working hand in hand with VP and Project Managers needs for manpower for future and current projects in a collaborative effort to help maintain project budgets and help contribute to the success and profitability of projects. I also conduct safety talks and safety reports on how the projects and employees are being safe, along with assigning safety videos to each employee field and office. I also conduct QAQC attuites walking the jobs to make sure the work is being installed per code and drawings. I also do HR duties, dealing with workers comp making sure I get all documents filed out and all onboarding of new employees. (I’m in charge of field operations) I have grown the company from 52 employees to over 70

MAINTENANCE MANAGER, STERILIZATION SERVICES

ELECTRICIAN- SUPERINTENDENT, EXCEL ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES During my time at Excel I was an electrician, lead man and foreman, superintendent overseeing floor plans and crews for normal commercial and industrial construction tasks. Pulled commercial grade wire and normal panel wiring as needed. Mapped out floor plans. Operated back hoes, track hoes, forklifts, cranes, etc. Dug for underground piping and installed large duct backs. Oversaw concrete pores. Assigned tasks to helpers and other electricians. Trained and mentored inexperienced hires the field basics. I got my masters license in 2002 and moved into being a superintendent in 2006 running large water treatment plants and jails with crews up to 40 men.
