Facility Maintenance and Events Supervisor
Managed a 42,000 square feet major multi-purpose facility in the areas of maintenance, events sales, service and marketing, including concert management for an outside Amphitheatre. Maintained facilities multi-purpose and meeting rooms, game rooms, event halls, gymnasiums, art rooms, and fitness facility as well equipment. Managed vendor relationships included but not limited to concert and community events, facility and equipment maintenance. Managed sound engineering for concerts and inside and outside auditorium/amphitheater events. Liaised with Sales & Marketing team to ensure all facility equipment, rooms, and services were properly accounted for in sales contracts to prevent any sales disputes during proposed events.
Acquisitioned, inspected, and distributed all facility equipment and furniture. Kept accurate inventory of all production equipment. Worked with Recreation Supervisors to ensure all programs were run safely and efficiently for all participants. Assisted in coordinating several community events. Communicated all facility needs to maintenance and liaised with outside vendors for all HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical needs.

Foreman
Directed and performed mechanical maintenance work in the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and basic electrical systems for the city buildings. Responsible for planning and scheduling daily and weekly maintenance activities for the general workers and assigned trades within the Facilities Maintenance Department in coordination with City Services; assigned work to Maintenance General Workers and other assigned contractors/employees. Assisted in developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems, supervises the performance of emergency and routine maintenance on city facilities and systems, and enforces federal regulations governing environmental protection, hazardous waste disposal and the use of chemical substances and materials.

Environmental Technician
Assisted environmental engineers and lab technicians to identify, evaluate, prevent and control contamination of the environment. Collect environmental soil samples and submit to lab environments and drill and monitor soli and equipment in the field. Inspected and maintaining equipment, controlling and managing hazardous waste, collecting samples, managing waste operations, assisting with regulatory compliance and other duties as needed.
