Human Resources Manager

Established a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, including assistance in writing comprehensive interview questions, counseling managers on candidate selection, and conducting and analyzing exit interviews. Expanded sourcing and community relations, leading to invitations to participate in job fairs and other employment events.
