SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE :

36 Years Including 29 Years in Oil and Gas Industries. Lead piping designer - From Nov’2021 to Till date: ENERGO PROJEKT Entel Ltd, Qatar Reporting to Project Head. EPIC-Project : EPIC for utilization of produced water from storage tanks at degassing stations for Power Water Injection. Checking and piping GA and Develop Isometric details, MTO. Co-ordinate with civil and E&I division. (Work from home at Chennai, India). As built the project drawings. Lead piping designer from August’2019 – to Dec-2020 ENERGO PROJEKT Entel Ltd, Qatar Reporting to Project Head. EPIC-Project : The project is hooking up of new and existing Khuff gas and Arab-D Gas cap recycling wellheads to respective production/Injection facilities and manifolds in Dukhan. Responsible for detailed drawing activities and guide the juniors to prepare P&ID, PGA, ISO, Pipeline Route layout, MTO, PS details, TAG list, Line list, Data sheets, Valves, PS & Tie-in schedules, Specifications etc… Closely monitoring and coordination of overall drawing activities. Well communicate and co-ordinate with contractor, client and with the engineering teams like, site survey – Process – civil / structural - piping / pipeline – instrumentation / electrical, HSE etc… Senior Draughtsman (Piping / Mechanical) from Sep’2004 – Dec’2018 Qatar Energy – NGL, Mesaieed, Reporting to the Senior designer Responsible for design and detail of isometric drawings with MTO (ANSI std.) for various PCR modifications. Develop a composite piping Isometric drawings at specified ESD zones for low temperature study. And As built Isometric for Bab NGL plant and Buhasa Compression and Extraction plant. Design Draughtsman (Piping/Mechanical) from Jan’1997 – Dec’1999 ADGAS, DAS Island - Report to the Design / Maintenance Engineer Involved in preparation of new Isometric detail and TIE-IN connections with MTO for the Major plant modifications. Site visits are made to confirm the existing condition to make new pipe routing and support details. During shutdown, pre-commissioning checks were done for various modifications.
