Oversee all wholesale operations from loan set-up to funding daily, ensuring timely approval, and closing of loans. Lead set-up, customer service, and disclosure teams each day to support sales team. Other duties as follows:

·Built wholesale production team in less than 6 months to support production from 100 units to 600+ units

·Managed efficient process flow to optimize cycle time from 70+ days to less than 40 consistently prior to departure.

·Built out account manager team from 8 to 30 team members trained to clear conditions and manage pipelines of 50+ units touching files every 3-5 days to maintain optimal service level agreements for clients in less than 6 months.

·Work with business partners and sales teams to complete bi-weekly sales calls for larger clients on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Completed all educational requirements to receive State of Tennessee Certified Residential Appraisal Trainee license 06/2018, then immediately started working with supervisory appraiser(s) to complete all experience hours required for licensing. Completed all 175 hours of required education to complete the TN residential certification licensing requirements and 1500 experience hours required to apply for final certification. Upon completion, new mortgage job started, and never pursued appraisal full time.
