Senior Client Care Analyst – 2016 to 2019

1st Point of contact for all Order Processing, Customer Service, and adherence to contracts for top Value-Added Reseller (VARs) generating 40% of annual revenue, including SaaS software inventory.

Promoted to VAR Operations to work with our highest producing Value-Added Resellers (VAR) who represented over 75% of McKesson Provider Technology revenue. I supported their sales, enrollments, licensing, and any disputes with company.

I was the Account Manager for approximately 2 dozen accounts to resolve issues and instruct the VARs towards best practices for sales growth, and to navigate company policies and processes. This includes negotiating contract development and termination, acquisitions and assumptions, as well as orders and quote to cash sales daily, monthly, and annually. This work incorporated good team play with Sales, Support, and Accounting.

Certified and led project team of the company’s largest Six Sigma Green Belt project to implement SAP financial and operational systems. This integral cross departmental work resulted in a promotion to Senior Analyst for operations and sales support.

MCKESSON PROVIDER TECHNOLOGIES Content Writer – 2008 to 2011

Developed first-ever User Guide for Order Management and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual. This allowed for more effective cross training and shortened onboarding time and document all process content and best practices, bench marking.
