• Processed collection of discovery records for litigation. Aggressively sought to obtain medical records and other key records from providers or facilities engaged with the plaintiffs.

• Project-based office executing Avon’s #1 strategic priority to integrate SAP into the eCommerce platform.

• Developed onboarding process and managed all aspects of a satellite office for staff and onsite consultants.
