JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Improvement, continuous review and upgradation of existing production SOP’s and ensure their strict implementation.

Preparation of disinfectant solutions and their sterile filtration (Bacilloside 2%,Virosil 5%,0.4% Virex)

To manufacture batches of formulation (solutions and suspensions) as per instruction in the BMR & as per schedule and document the same concurrent to the activity.

Dispensing of inactive and active pharmaceutical ingredients as per SOP.

To fill, evaluate and sign all production documents.

Monitoring of online documentation and timely entries of all operations/Activities.

To check maintenance of department and equipments.

To ensure all validation, Qualification and calibration are done as per schedule and records are maintained.

Machine cleaning as per SOP for product to product and batch to batch changeover.

Machine operating with minimum rejection and maximum output Maintaining quality standards with in the norms

Status labeling of containers, Equipments and materials.

Ensure proper planning and execution of batches in accordance with the plan.

Monitoring and control of production environment.

Experience of handling filter test integrities like Bubble point, WIT.
