• Manage a team of jr. recruiters to meet deliverables such as time-to-fill, retention, and hiring manager satisfaction for our client (Elevance Health).

• Conduct weekly huddles with the team to prioritize requisitions, align recruitment goals, and roadblocks. Also, conduct 1:1 with team members to discuss performance, opportunities for improvement and training, and career goals.

• Facilitate team meetings using Agile methodologies.

• Identify areas of improvement in the process, address escalations and issues brought by the client, and potentially conduct training and refreshers as needed.

Strategic

• Perform requisition analysis to identify aged, slow-moving, or low-traction requisitions and help find solutions to advance the process.

• Provide a consultative approach with hiring managers to advise on recruiting practices, hiring decisions, compensation recommendations, etc.

• Be a strategic partner for hiring managers with difficult-to-fill requisitions. This includes creating a marketing strategy, role re-alignment, internal talent analysis, re-titling or releveling positions, etc.

• Conduct and facilitate training sessions to address knowledge gaps, refreshers, new processes, and new hire training.

• Provide guidance to recruiters on how to handle relationship management with all stakeholders.

• Create process flows, templates, and office hour sessions to ensure that team members are receiving the information that they need and have access to help if needed.

Operational

• Subject matter expert on recruiting practices, processes, and tools including Workday, Taleo, Syndio/Pay Finder, Hired Score, Bounty Jobs, Peoplesoft, etc.
