Quarterly calculate and pay Hospitalists’ performance bonuses based on three performance metrics. Complete report, create check requests and issue payments.

Responsible for handling the health system’s annual renewal of their operating license through the State Department of Health. Prepare and complete State forms, collect inspection data and prepare requested reports, attach requested documentation to license renewal application and hand deliver with payment to State Department of Health with license renewal payment. Once renewed licenses are received, hand deliver to each location.

Solely responsible for the ED CALL Deferred Compensation Program. Facilitate Physician enrollment into program. Review SmartWeb calendars monthly to obtain shift counts for each physician. Send calculations to each specialty group to verify accuracy. Once counts have been approved, submit contracted physician’s payment data to third party vendor and employed physicians’ payment amounts to payroll for processing. Responsible for issuing quarterly distribution payments as well.

Email all Legislative Proposed and Signed Orders by the Commission to outside parties. Follow the guidelines of the Open Meetings Act and post the Commission's Signing Agenda within the designated time frame. Post to the Corporation Commission website and send out the posting via GovDelivery to all Commission Meeting Subscribers.

Create En Banc Hearing notebooks for Commissioners and Staff during Legislative Rulemaking sessions. Submit the Proposed Agency Rules to the Secretary of State through the online submission system. Prepare the Submission of Review and CD to hand deliver to Secretary of State.

Serve as a confidential secretary; initiates correspondence by using knowledge of agency policy and procedures.

Under the supervision of the General Counsel, prepare all Supreme Court Administrative Directives for the appointment, suspension, or revocation of Court Reporters for filing with the Supreme Court and publication in the Oklahoma Bar Journal.

Register applicants, prepare test verification documents, and assemble all test materials for the semi-annual CSR certification exam.

Schedule, prepare and post public notice for all meetings of the CSR Board and record the minutes. Schedule and record the minutes for all meetings of the CSR Task Force.

Knowledge of Purchase Order process. Prepare all Purchase Orders related to Court Reporters.

Communicate daily with Court Reporters by telephone, e-mail, correspondence and in person. Network with CSR Boards from other states on best practices and efficient software programs.

Designed a new database for Court Reporters. Selected to sit on the Task Force that was created specifically to address the inconsistencies I had found within the State rules and regulations pertaining to court reporter licensing. All rule changes were made based on my recommendations and experience.
