Take and/or prepare orders, manage money, clean the store, interact with the customers in the drive-thru and in the lobby, and solve issues for both coworkers and customers. I’ve worked in the Clinton, Elk City, and Weatherford branches of McDonald’s. I worked a variety of hours- I was trusted to both open and close the store. Walmart (Crew) October 2019-March 2021

I work at the store in Weatherford. At the beginning, I was a processor in Apparel, then I moved on to being a member of OGP (Online Grocery Pickup). During both stages of my time at walmart, I have helped customers find what they need within the store or anything else that is within my power- if it isn’t within my power, I went to find a manager for them. Being a member of OGP has taught me how to calmly deal with coworkers, managers, and customers no matter what. Prohibition Dispensary (Budtender, then Manager) March 2021-Present I started at this job not knowing much about the product, but quickly became accustomed. As a budtender, I explain about any products we have in the store, have recommendations ready for any category of product, upsell any product sitting around or new products, do basic customer service work like cash them out, help with faulty product, answer questions they might have about product or the laws regarding medical marijuana. I became a manager after around 1 year of working as a budtender. As the manager, my responsibilities grew to keeping up with the constant law changes OMMA puts out (almost weekly recently), ordering, pricing, and organizing all inventory and supplies in the store (part of this is done online and the other part is done keeping up contact on my personal cell with several vendors and keeping track of every order coming in), separating the money from the end of the night into taxes and deposits for ordering, hiring and training any new hires, creating schedules and finding coverage for myself and other workers, creating inventory sheets for my budtenders to do inventory (using excel), scanning and filing every invoice and manifest for every order since 2021 into the store computer, opening and closing the shop, doing special events (creating deals for that specific holiday, making the fliers for the event using google docs, changing the prices or ordering the specific items for the event), and still budtending. While I’ve worked there, the store was inspected by OMMA agents 2 times and both times were a soaring success, no marks off for anything. The whole time I worked there, I’ve only taken a handful of personal days, always in advance. I’ve never called out sick while working here, or called out for any other reason without at least a few weeks notice. Skills
