Manage a team of up to 12 FTE sourcers and various contractors distributed across US and Canada, focusing on sourcing engineering talent across multiple pipelines: Full Stack, Back-End, Machine Learning, Android/iOS.

Recruiting Partner Lead / Talent Acquisition Manager

Supported Executive Leadership, Data Scientists, and Analytic Consultants. Oversaw for Full Cycle Recruiting across all verticals within Enterprise Analytics.
