TOOLS. BUILD TOOLS FOR JOB AND BORED OUT SOFT JAWS FOR SAID JOB. UPLOADED PROGRAM TO MEMORY FROM A STICK OR FLASH DRIVE. RAN FIRST PIECE FOR INSPECTION. SOME SLIGHT EDITING AT THE MACHINE OF PROGRAM.

Set up and ran multiple 3 axis Fadal CNC Mills For 24/7 lights out machining.

Start job travelers for all components to move throughout shop.

Maintain and clean machines daily with hydraulic oil and lube oil.

Maintained ATC tool carousels as well as upload and program using VISI CAD software.

Set up jobs on a large Mitsubishi Bridge mill with 30’ capabilities. Interpreted blueprints for said job. Upload programs and created toolpaths using Mastercam as well as some manual programming and editing at machine using G & M code.

CNC PROGRAMMER MACHINIST, Atlas Tool & DIE CO. LEFT FOR DAY SHIFT

Set up and ran multiple vertical OKK CNC Mills. Uploaded the proper program for each job. Set work offsets in x, y, and z with edge finder. Loaded tools into carousel and maintained each machine with coolant and way oil as well as touch off each tool. Small detail vise work and 2D programing. Proved out programs by editing speeds and feeds etc.

CNC LATHE SET-UP/PROGRAMER, AW CARBIDE 1ST JOB APPRECTICESHIP

Set up and ran an Okuma CNC Lathe. Programed offline using Mastercam 7. Selected proper tooling for each job as well as created set up sheets. Selected proper jaws and bored out said jaws per part print.

The primary goal of this class was to teach students the basics of 3 axis Mazatrol programing for the lathe. Students received a certificate after 3 days of hands-on computer training.

Finished all core work with a 4.0 GPA. Specializing in G & M programming on both Haas Mill and Lathe. Blueprint reading and shop math certificate was giving along with CNC Certificate 3/13/2013. Speeds feeds and advanced cutting tools as well as 2D Mastercam with drafting was taken as part of coursework in addition to WIRE EDM in 2017.

OVERVIEW

I have a passion for the CNC aspect of manufacturing. It feels good to wake up enjoying going to a job that’s not just a job but rather a career. I am hoping to find a company willing to invest time into training me to stay on for many years. I believe in being a team player and taking on other roles in the shop as work may slow down or speed up. I have a daughter and making a career and investing into a company that is willing to invest in me is something I seek to find not just for myself but my family.
