I have 35 years of military service with broad experience in fields of strategic leadership, resources management, public administration, and crisis management. I was assigned leadership roles throughout my tenure, most recently as the Director of International Military Relations in the Lebanese Army. Living in Lebanon, a country in economic turmoil, I opted to take an early retirement in 2018. Now that I have received my green card in America, I am excited to re-join the workforce and contribute to a nation that embodies values aligned with my own.

Professional Experience

May 2017- June 2018: International Military Relationships Director (IMCD), Beirut, Lebanon

• Collaborated on source funding for the Lebanese army with an average $100K-$2M annual budget

• Managed strategic relations with foreign army representatives

• Conducted and managed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) policies with international militaries

• Created and structured international alliances for the Lebanese army through policy oversight and committee formation (see committee listing)

• Supervised International cooperation agreements between Lebanese army and international NGO’s

• Led the Ministry of Defense Army Staff for Planning (G5) / International Military January 2014 – May 2017: Chief of staff, Combat Support Brigade, Beirut Lebanon

• Supervised 7,000 Brigade staff and subordinates from Headquarter

• Managed talent and capabilities of staff aligned with brigades needs

• Ensure coordination is met between all units and the Headquarters
