I helped the Quality Manager established the Quality Inspection department, editing and creating Quality Procedures, setting up an area for the Quality Inspection area, purchasing all tools needed that will help me perform my job and help develop an Inspection Log.

Help develop and manage quality Inspection Procedure (QIP), that will indicate what to inspect for Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection.

Responsible for Inspecting Incoming, In-process (Sub-Assembly), Final Assembly Inspection.

Perform FAI on parts when needed and evaluate any FAIR provided by supplier.

Initiated Non-Conforming Material Request when found parts that did not conform to specification.
