Worked for Global Interactive Marketing/Content Management Organization. The project's aim was to have Content Recommendation and Content Targeting on B2C (internet), B2B (intranet) Motorola Websites.

Implemented personalization B2C websites of Motorola.com by integrating with third party systems Bay Note and Market Bright CRM (both for Social Behavior) with Motorola Vignette Content Management Systems (CMS) to deliver Targeted Content and Recommendations to the prospects.

Facilitated meetings with global marketing business stakeholders to gather customer requirements for content recommendations, content targeting and content management systems to deliver online content to site visitors.

Translated high-level customer requirements into development requirements (both functional and non-functional requirements) by performing System analysis and then documented within Motorola requirements template and HPQC tool.

Maintained issue logs, action item logs and meeting minutes for the Personalization team.

Worked closely with technical leads and architect during design sessions to understand and document various updated content types, database changes, market bright interaction and cookie information.

Created financial data APIs and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON). Backend experience with API Testing: knowledge and use of Postman and or Swagger (at the collection and token level)
