Regional Property Manager (2023)
Oversee five apartment communities comprised of 794 units located in Houston. Leasington was formed by a private equity group who started their own in-house management company. Due to the current market conditions, after a short 5 months they decided to no longer pursue in-house management.

Rainey Property Management, Houston, Texas
Regional Vice President (2019-2023)
Rainey was a start-up management company. I was part of the initial leadership team who built out the management platform. This consisted of SOP Development, acquisitions, operations, and due diligence. In 4-year, time period, Rainey grew from a startup to over 6,000 units nationally. I directly over-saw twenty apartment communities comprised of 2,862 units located in four states with 5 Regional Managers.
