Witnessing of Procedure Qualification Records and preparation/review of records as per ASME Section IX.

Witnessing Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) as per ASME Section IX and preparation of certificate and ID card.

Inspection of Raw materials (Plates, Pipes, Fittings, Gaskets, Bolt & Nuts, welding consumable etc…) and review the Material Test Certificates (MTCs) as per applicable material code and client specification.

Verification of Pre heat; Inter pass temperature etc. before welding and during welding.

Perform the Stage wise inspection of fabrication as per approved ITP.

Interpretation of radiographic films, witnessing of UT, MT, PT, PMI, Hardness, PWHT and review of test reports.
