Moliehi is a highly skilled professional counsellor with more than 8 years’ experience in providing professional counselling services in areas of HIV testing, HIV prevention and treatment, as well as HIV & AIDS impact mitigation. Currently working at Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) Lesotho and my area of expertise lies in serving as primary EGPAF technical point of contact for HIV counselling and Testing activities in Thaba Tseka district. I also provide ongoing training and quality assurance in collaboration with District Health Management Team Senior Counsellor and AIDS district officer.

Having spent the almost 8 years working in counselling industry, I have come to realize that my passion lies in helping people who are less advantaged, Customer Service and contributing to the growth of the company or organization.
I have strong communication and self-management skills and have worked in complex and challenging environments. I have demonstrated the ability to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines whilst maintaining strong relationships with management and colleagues. I have a strong grounding in support of public counselling services and success in service delivery. I am a self-learner who is willing and able to acquire new skills quickly.

HIV Provider Initiated testing and Counselling (HIV PITC) Officer
-Identify challenges preventing attainment of 95-95-95 targets and develop plans to address them with all relevant stakeholders
-Develop work plans and monitor implementation of program activities to ensure that all deliverables are within timelines,
-Mentor and evaluate HTS activities performance against set targets and implement quality improvement measures,
-Provide programmatic support, management and coordination for the implementation of program activities related to the project,
-Provide regular feedback to District Technical Advisor and other relevant stakeholders on progress and challenges with implementation of HTS activities,
-Monitor and verify recorded data at the facility level with the support of M&E Officer
-Together with District Technical Adviser, and other stakeholders, develop and strengthen HIV Testing Services (HTS), referral system, linkage to care, patient tracking and tracking system to ensure effective linkage to and retention to care to achieve targets in support of the 95-95-95 strategy as well as Index testing and partner notification.
