• Process design for lumbar support and control cables as per customer requirement.

• Preparation of Process documents for the manufacturing of products.

• Preparation and control of documents like PFD, SOP, PCN, PFMEA, 8D Report, Cpk & Ppk.

• Preparation POKA-YOKE and TPM check sheet for machines. Cycle time calculation Etc.

• Line Balancing.

• Working on KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for every Week.

• Concept preparation for Design of tools and fixtures for the suppliers.

• Conducting Process Change Note for PCN changes

• Providing technical support for Production issues.

• Providing Cycle time, Manpower estimation and tool cost for RFQ’s.

• Working closely with Program Management to meet customer deliverables on time.

• Producing Pilot parts as proto type products for customer testing and validation.

• Identify manufacturing needs for new product development.

• Ensure product and process quality meets specified requirement.

• Support continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activates.

• Development of FordG2, B479, C519, B515 mechanical cables. Customer: Ford.

• Development of B515 MCA– Paper covered wire. Customer: Lear Chennai.

• Development of 2UA cushion Over molding .Customer : TS Tech.
