Service Delivery Program Manager March 2021 – Present

Initiated vendor continuous improvement, efficiency improvement, and process standardization and managed service delivery for the Kaiser Delivery organization, reducing vendor engagement risk.

Drove down controls non-compliance by implementing new processes across the IT organization.

Responsible for the evaluation of Capacity Risk to ensure that service delivery is not impacted.

Led the project to implement compliance controls processes and reporting for our organization, across 1000+ applications and 20,000 servers. Driving the metrics from red (non-compliant) to Green.
