Responsible for all assembly and production processes for this Tier One Dodge Dakota and Durango frame manufacturer. Managed 180 hourly, 11 salaried and the engineering team, additionally provided liaison with Chrysler engineers, suppliers, and turnkey integrators for this greenfield start-up facility.
