• Detailing of workers on task of maintenance scheduled with proper worksheets, drawing charts and task cards on engines in final assembly bay.

• To supervise small parts and component requirements during maintenance of engines in final assembly bay.

• To supervise and perform hot section inspections, inspection of combustion, Turbines, NGV's,

Exhausts for red spots: Overheated EGT, TIT rise, Abnormal noise, Bearing failure,

Dry runs, Carbon seals Damages due to rubbing and make important decisions to

maintain manual requirements in the final assembly bay.

• Monitoring all kinds of maintenance during the whole shift in the final assembly bay.

• To supervise and perform all operation of ground service equipment such as force

coupling testers from HPC to HPT, leak testers, spray nozzle adjustable, heat treated electric

• To supervise and perform test bed run inspections for all parameters.

• Implementation of SOP’s, SSP’s, SB’s & AD's where required.

• Decision power on releasing aircraft, engines for flying after completion, and rectification of partially and fully assembled engines in the final assembly.

• Direct all the drawings, AMM, IPC, Cannibalization, and affectivity of aircraft, engine and components.

Job Responsibilities on CFM Engines (CF650C2, RB211, CFM56)

• To Perform QEC (Quick Engine Change) Operations test cell.

• To finalize the preparation of engines test cell.

• Removing and Installing of Engine Components after detection of defect on test bed according to the manual requirements.

• Preservation and De preservation of engines.

• To maintain tools and work environment.

• Consult manufacture manuals and airline's maintenance manual for specifications and

to determine the feasibility of repair or replacement according to requirement.
