My name is George Sever

I offer many years experience of successful construction project management, through my own

business and the companies I have worked for or represented. . As a project manager, I am extremely

organized and detailed, with exemplary management skills. I take a fundamental approach and focus

with organized steps to efficiently manage a project. I have an excellent record of completing projects,

on time and on budget. I have excellent computer skills and have used a wide range of software.

Including Plangrid, Bluebeam and Procore. I am currently doing all pre-construction, working with

sub-contractors in the bidding process, meeting sub-contractors on site, communicating with owners

and architects throughout the pre-construction process.,

I have lived and worked in the Aspen Colorado area for 35 years, with clients from not only all over the

world, but the wealthiest as well, and am still in contact with a many. I have excellent personal skills and communicate very well people, both clients and employees.

I have just recently returned from China, where I have worked for the past several years managing and

leading several tech start ups. My leadership role there was to implement western business concepts,

acting liaison to western investors as well as a spokesperson and keynote speaker at conferences and

corporate events. I have also traveled to many countries, from Moscow to Shanghai and Hong Kong,

and many places in between.

I have the expertise, knowledge and experience to manage a range of businesses, though my core skills
