WORK EXPERIENCE

Regional Manager/Project Manager

Jacent Strategic Merchandising - Huntingdon Valley, PA. March 2015 to December 2019. Developed and led a remote sales and merchandising team of more than 15+ field managers and territory representatives across Canada. Led the test teams through the preliminary stages of the retail tests to the final installations of the project. My team and I were responsible for the sales, distribution and project execution of the new business, while supporting the current customers. Project included: scheduling all new program installs, collaborating on all new hardware and fixtures needed, initial contact with all stores, program introduction, ordering of material and fixtures, all travel, labor forecasts, and P & L Management.

ATA Retail Services – Pleasanton, CA. September 2004-March 2015. ROM in charge of 12 new Territory Managers. Recruited and led most TMs through initial on- boarding, orientation and training into the development of new service techniques and strategies for new business and territories. Newly developed region included managing all new business projects, as well as on-time service to existing customers. Geography include all states east of the Mississippi. Energizer Battery Corporation-St Louis, MO. September 1998 to September 2004 Managed a remote sales team of 11 Territory Managers throughout IL, WI, and MI that provided service to various programs at more than 13 different retailers. Job Duties consisted of hiring and training new TM’s, closely managing their daily activities as well as forecasting budgets, procuring new business, direct sales to regional and district offices as well as closely collaborating with in house sales team and upper management. Customer bases included but was not limited to: Home Depot, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Best Buy, Ace Hardware Do It Best Hardware, Rural King, Burkland Distributors as well as C-Store Distribution.
