My primary job responsibilities were to inspect assigned claims and write an effective and cost-efficient estimates. Sometimes I would also write supplements on my own estimates as well as other adjusters estimates. I was proactive in developing and building rapport with local body shops to ensure our customers received the best service as well as effective and efficient repairs. Each claim was entirely different in its own way. Sometimes the claim would require that the customer be placed in a rental vehicle. It was my responsibility to maintain that rental.
