This 508 Compliance review and intervention reduced the organizations legal and government regulatory exposure to the tune of thousands of dollars in fines and legal fines and fees.

Fines up to $55,000 for the first violation and $110,000 for each subsequent violation. Those who receive Federal funding could have those funds revoked for being in non-compliance.

States award thousands of dollars in damages to plaintiffs in 508 Compliance cases not including the additional attorney’s fees.
