Position Social health worker

Major Duties: -

Ensure proper documentation of the project and efficient use of resources

Continuously assessing project’s context, assumptions and changes in the working environment to ensure that the project focus, strategies and activities remain relevant and to proposed adjustments when needed.

Ensuring awareness creation programs to the goal and objective and providing trainings

Adjusting project targets, strategies, resources and delegation of responsibilities to ensure appropriate progress toward project objectives

Submits monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual plans as per the established schedules to monitoring and funding agencies

Establishes & maintains formal & informal communication mechanisms with stakeholders, community partners & other camp structures

Technical working experience:

Give health education on maternal health service for pregnant women, postnatal care and family planning health services

Give health education for Adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health service

Provide child health care services

To support the Women and young girl’s empowerment in the community

Counseling on nutrition for pregnant and non-pregnant women and feeding practice
