Co-president of workgroup developing Patient Centered Behavioral Health model of care in KU Wichita Pediatrics Clinic, working with fellow faculty, resident physicians and medical students. Clinic, Primary One Health Pickaway and Sawmill Rd locations. Actively manage care for empanelment of over 800 pediatric patients 5 days weekly, day quarterly and cover after hours call 1 week quarterly. (Aug 2022 – Present)
Clinic, KU Wichita Pediatric Faculty Clinic. Actively manage care for an empanelment of 400 pediatric patients 2-3.5 days per week in clinic. Precept patient care of 3-4 resident physicians weekly and 3-4 medical students weekly. (July 2019 - 2022)
Clinic, Wesley Medical Center. Manage clinical care of on average 30 newborns weekly in the Special Care Nursery and Newborn Nursery. Perform and/or oversee circumcisions, on average 5-10 monthly. Directly supervise 4 resident physicians and on average 4 medical students monthly in the care of these patients. (July 2019 - 2022)

Chief of Aerospace Medicine. Serving on the Executive Counsel of the 178th Medical Group, Ohio Air National Guard. Provided oversight and participated in Occupational Health programs and maintenance of medical readiness for the 178th Wing to support our missions around the world at least 16 hours monthly. This includes providing Occupational health exams for Firefighters, Pilots, Aircrew and other personnel. Also, participating in regular shop visits to evaluate food sanitation, occupational risk hazard exposure, review of Occupational exposure programs such as Fetal Protection Program, Hearing Conservation Program, and other programs.

Provided care for maintenance of medical readiness for the 184th Intelligence Wing to support our missions around the world at least 16 hours monthly. Served actively for 2 months during the Kansas Emergency COVID-19 pandemic response. Specifically, I supported medical readiness of Army and Air National Guard members actively involved in COVID support missions throughout the state, and also lead a 5 member team as Officer-in-charge for part of the state's mobile mission for testing and COVID vaccination on the front lines of the state's response. Missions were coordinated daily with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and Kansas Department of Emergency Management. Completed over 240 hours of specialized training for Air Force Operational Medicine and Aerospace Medicine.

Served as Pediatrician caring for dependent children of Active Duty and Retired military personnel. Specifically, this included being the Pediatric Team Director, Immunization Clinic Director, Medical Director for the Child Development Center and Exceptional Family Member Program Committee Member. Through these, care was coordinated for 1300 patients, immunization supply, storage, safety and administration was coordinated for all ages and military support, and care of those with special needs was directed.
