Project Description:

FEDEX Customer Sales representative application is a web based application by using Salesforce CRM . Where we provide service to CSR like to create different types of cases where cases are nothing but complaints received from customers at the time delivery of there products. It provide different service to CSR to create case, update case,Add escalation to the tasks to resolve the ongoing issue raised from customers in form of cases, Add SLA to cases to resolve issues on in-time. Where CSR can close case the case after the complication and having access to reopen the case on necessary conditions.

Responsibilities :

Understanding Software Requirements.

Designing and developing test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring proper coverage of all CRM features and functionalities.

Integration Testing: Collaborating with other teams or third-party systems to verify the integration points between Salesforce CRM and other applications or services.

Collecting Test Data and Creating Test Batches and Executing Test Cases

Performing manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the Salesforce CRM system.
