PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSES:
Managed the student academic program records from enrollment to completion. Coordinated the tracking of progress to electronic files in the SONIS system as well as paper academic files. Incorporated student assessment and tracking in TaskStream. Communicated regularly with faculty, students and staff to clarify processes and to provide information about expectations and scheduling for fulfilling requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall tracking and successes of the Masters and Doctoral program’s milestones, the calendaring of written and oral examinations, and for ensuring that technology works in the examination room. Managed Certificate processing at the point of completion.
Monitored and managed the front office, resulting in it running smoothly.
Managed student’s questionnaires/surveys for ATS and SED.
Managed the Employee Handbook, Outside Reader, and Language Binders.
Managed the filing of student’s thesis and dissertation with ProQuest.
Managed the processing of TOEFL score requirements for incoming students.
Managed the Comprehensive and Dissertation Proposal Processes.
Administered the Graduation Certification Process and co-coordinated events.

Scheduled Doctoral Council meetings.
Verified student’s requests for leave of absence, and part-time requests.
