The Urban Apartments/Avenue5 Properties Maintenance Supervisor 10/22-5/23

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for running a five man crew, as well as all of the maintenance and repair of 435 apartments. Scheduling with vendor for turnovers to include, Paint, flooring, cleaning. Ordering parts for repairs in the apartments, as well as ordering misc. supplies throughout the property. City of Seattle Parks and Recreation Maintenance Lead 4/01–12/17

Maintenance Lead responsible for a crew of 4 to 8 people daily. We would clean and maintain 10 to 12 parks every day. That included 8 baseball fields and 5 football/soccer fields. I drove 10 yard truck with a 40-foot trailer, with a Kaboda Tractor. Also helped plan and supervise crew projects of crews anywhere from 20 to 40-person crew. Worked on 3 different properties the largest was 500+ units. I was responsible for keeping track of inventory and ordering all supplies needed for the month. Scheduling all the turnovers on the 1st of the month. Also responsible for the ground clean up and curb appeal was a main priority. Skills include sheet rock repair, electrical outlet on/off switch and breaker replacement, light fixture and ceiling fans installation light appliance repair.
