Third party contractor working under Amazon’s Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering team. Launched DEY6; a brand new Amazon Delivery Station in Monroe Township, NJ. Collaborating with the Operations, WHS, HR, CMMS and Landlord to maintain and improve the facility. Performing preventative maintenance, repairs and installs on all equipment throughout the facility including conveyors, electrical equipment at or below 120V/480V, FLS, HVAC systems while following safety LOTO procedures. Monitoring our HVAC units via BMS software. Support other sites with coverage and training new hires. Collaborate with the Operations team on projects to improve the facility and safety of the team. Lead technician; keep track of scheduled PM work orders, contractors, reports, audits, parts, tools, trouble tickets and more. Experience using mobile timekeeping softwares like UKG Workforce Central.

JLL – Maintenance Tech II 07/2020 – 08/2021

Third party contractor working under Amazon’s Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering team. Launched the Amazon Robotics department at PNE5; Amazon’s Sort Center in Robbinsville, NJ. One of the first certified Advanced Robotics Technician’s at this facility. Performed IOQ on the new equipment providing input and analyzing solutions to fix launch issues. Training numerous technicians from different levels (and other Amazon sites) programming and troubleshooting techniques for robotics and mechatronics equipment. Started as a Tech 1, promoted to Tech 2 within 6 months. Install, maintain, repair and continuously improve systems throughout the facility including MHE (conveyors, photo eye sensors, E-stops, VFD, etc.) electrical equipment under 12 cal, and robotics systems throughout the facility while following safety LOTO procedures. Monitoring MHE equipment via HMI and HVAC equipment via BMS.

PMC Wireless – RF Technician 09/2017 – 06/2020

Field technician collaborating with electronic engineers improving the technology and communication systems for public safety. Traveling to different sites around the tri-state, installing racking equipment, antennas, cables, UPS, batteries, monitors and performing maintenance on equipment. Perform site walks to quote new projects. Experience with RSLogix 5000, Cisco, Cradlepoint, Motorola Solutions, Vertex, Zetron, etc.
