Presently am working with Godrej and boyce mfg co ltd company as CRE (Customer relationship executive) in sector of Godrej Interio home furniture from July-2022 to still now.
February 2015 To August 2021 I was Worked with Speed Communications at located Siddipet as a Business Development executive.

Roles & Responsibilities
Enter the customer data in salesforce CRM.
Daily we must maintain the DSR with the results of customer numbers and address.
We must enter the data in Salesforce CRM Application.
On a regular basis do the what's up broadcasting to the customers with representation of availability of offers.
Do follow up to the hot leads in customers data.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
If customer asked for the site visit, we should go to the site and take the measurements over there and We must give the quotation for customers requirements of furniture.
We must follow up with the warehouse people daily regarding existing order booked customers matters delivery purposes.
Also, after the delivery we should follow up with the technical team for the installation of furniture at the place of the customers location.
Weekly basis we have to conducting of BTL Activities at residential areas like under construction buildings, gated areas, associated buildings, offices, people crowded places for generated of nee leads for business.
Also we have to do paper insertation and cold calling activity to existing customers and also new leads customers for business.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
