Lead Chiropractor responsible for exam, consultation, and adjustments. I was also responsible for increased membership sales, decreased attrition, assisted hiring. I trained the staff on systems, role play scripts, sales, and customer service to hit our daily, weekly, and monthly targets. I implemented metrics to achieve the monthly targets and hold team members accountable based on their stats. Weekly meetings, staff performance reviews 30, 60, and 90 day started. Increased communication and training for flow of the office to get better results and decrease miscommunication

Created vendor relationships with local MRI and other Chiropractors to refer cases that need extra care outside of what The Joint can provide.

I am also working with the The Joint Corporate to create videos for Doctor training . Our sales went from 36K a month to 51K a month in 5 months. Added an extra 340 visits per month from August to December and average approximately 104 new patients a month versus 82 New patients. Our clinic went from #8 in the Miami region to #2. I also work with The Joint owners and some private doctors to help grow their business and profitability. I am hired to coach chiropractors to be excellent at communication, body language, sales, and customer service. I implement metrics to achieve the monthly targets and hold team members accountable based on their stats. Introduce weekly meetings, accountability metrics, staff performance reviews 30, 60, 90 day, and quarterly. They role play daily with their team in morning huddles, set the vision for the day and meet with me weekly online zoom for role play, identify what is working and what needs to improve. This weekly meeting is to develop the doctor for his or her role as a lead at their clinic. To take responsibility for everything that takes place at their office, and continually work to improve and grow the business, their staff, and themselves.
