Pueblo of Sandia Health and Social Services September 2020 - June 2023, Bernalillo, NM Direct and manage a tribal health clinic with a $6 plus million annual budget to provide primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention to support clinical services for outpatient behavioral health, primary care, pharmacy, dental, diabetes, massage, chiropractic, and physical therapies, including community health and business office support.

• Provide overall supervision to over 40 staff in managing clinically licensed professionals and non-licensed support staff, including direct oversight for the medical director, dentist, behavioral health manager, public health nurse, and diabetes nurse, collaborating with a comprehensive approach to behavioral health and primary care services.

• Preparing, presenting, and monitoring budgets and resources.

• Directs the use of best practices and evidence-based knowledge that adheres to ethical principles and industry standards for quality assurance and improvement in the provision of appropriate behavioral health and primary clinical services.
