Curriculum Development & Classroom, Cerner, & SurgiNet Training Experience
·Developing the curriculum for quality classroom training along with delivery strategies and materials, as well as developing program evaluation strategies to ensure key educational objectives are met, and appropriate learning has occurred.
·Consulting with managers and clinical leadership regarding specialty/departmental training needs along with alignment with operational needs to ensure the training plan meets identified requirements.
·Establishing workload assignments and priorities to meet operational requirements, as well as coordinating staff scheduling during extended absences or leaves and addressing scheduling issues immediately.

·Supporting multiple waves of go-lives, including providing end user support and classroom training up to 400 providers at one time, while working closely with SMEs and the Clinical Analyst to develop and test workflows.
Healthcare Implementation & ATE Support Experience
·Overseeing the implementation of Meditech Expanse into 8 acute sites simultaneously, including handling the initial client visits, discussing ATE support, conducting site walk-throughs, pre-go-live department calls, and staffing ATE support.
·Coordinating travel and carpools along with ATE schedules for all 8 sites, as well as delegating daily duties during the 21-day conversion for Wave 1, conferring with Hospital Administration or Superusers about daily adjustments.
·Collaborating with Pre-Conversion readiness teams and facilitating assessments of hospital readiness for PowerChart or CPOE conversions, as well as providing end user support to nursing staff during the conversion.
·Conducting Personalization Labs for Nurses and Physicians, including operative documentation and optimized surgical preference cards, while utilizing the 6-step process including grouping cards into categories, cleaning up the database, and analyzing items for accuracy.
·Creating cross-comparisons, establishing visual controls such as a color system, and ensuring stability by implementing SOPs to create, edit, or delete preference cards.
·Providing ATE support in PowerChart, troubleshooting system malfunctions and Hardware or Software, and performing system checks and analyzing information systems while conferring with hospital staff to identify areas for improvement
