WORK EXPERINCE:

o Review and investigate claimed damages to the property and determine policy coverage.

o Maintain communication with PA’s, Attorneys and insure during claim process. o Provide detailed notes while documenting and updating claim status when needed. o Provide PA’s and Attorneys with requested documents within a reasonable timeframe. o Review Estimates and process payments within 90 days. o Reviewed supplement estimates over 100k request authority to negotiate with PA’s and Attorneys on new money an agreed release amount.

o Issue any ALE, Contents, Emergency service, Condo Assessment fees, and engineer payments required in the claim.

o Ensure all payments, detailed notes and any documents needed uploaded in the claim before closing.

Review and investigate condo, trailer, property and daily claims to determine exact cause of loss.

Verify policy and determine If cause of loss is covered under policy limits. Follow up with insure every seven days to maintain good customer service and relationship.

Review repair estimate and correspond with insure to determine route of settlement option.

Complete supplement if needed to ensure the insure receives the proper settlement amount to complete repairs.

Release repair funds within authority, settle and close claims o Investigates, determines coverage of loss and adjusts all elements of routine Property loss claims.

o Maintains accurate and current communications with insured/claimant o Maintains accurate and current claim file documentation throughout the life cycle of claim case. o Determines and negotiates settlement amounts for damages claimed within assigned authority limits.

o Issues payment to policyholders where possible

o Explains coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemizations of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements. o First point of contact for customers involved in automobile accidents. o Verify automobile accident facts, determine policy coverage, and review insurance contracts.

o Help settle claims without injury in which all parties agree to automobile accident details. o evaluating the facts of a customer situation surrounding the claim and determine whether the loss is covered and what the compensation should be o providing customer service, processing claims requests and resolving problems. o Assist the needs of the customers Booking reservations for clients. o Correspond with the dispatchers to assist the drivers to locate their ride. o Resolve any issues or concerns that the client may have. o Assist clients with written compliments and complaints. o Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

o Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. o Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

o Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
