nbbj digital – Service Desk Analyst (May 2022 – Present) Provide direct support for users in Los Angeles and San Francisco, I have updated systems and kept users workstations up to date to ensure they are working smoothly. Train users on best practices and troubleshoot all technical issues. Install all IT equipment once new clinics completed construction and fiber and phone lines were ran, including PCs, monitors, printers, PCI devices, WOW carts, etc. and installed cable management to ensure clean/seamless workstations.

Obtain security clearance to inventory/replace network printers in Boeing offices and labs throughout Southern California.

Peak Systems - Sr. PC Support Technician (September 2019 – February 2020) Replace windows 7 workstations and configure FinTech software to reduce security vulnerabilities and get users up to date systems. Provide technical support for a smooth transition to windows 10. o Configure hardware/software components for Morgan Stanley (Windows 10 Deployment)
