Handle COI & W9 requests, send updated COI’s to current customers each year
Coordinate, compile and send information to make sure the company is registered and in compliance with each City where we conduct business/service calls
Maintain employee files, new hire paperwork, drug testing, uniforms, personal protective equipment, etc.
Handle/ coordinate time off requests
Run reports in company service software called Service Titan to make sure all jobs are completed, invoiced, and paid. Send statements, Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices. Maintain customer database.

Oversee owners multiple personal Quickbooks bank accounts including all payables, deposits, credit cards, bank reconciliations, property taxes, investments, personal financials
Manage owners personal and corporate credit card accounts making sure all charges are correct and accounted for, opening and closing accounts, requesting cards for new card holders
Duties for non-profit association include preparing annual budget, payables, collecting dues, scheduling meetings/attending/note taking and following up on agenda items
