WORK PROFILE

Kitchen /Laundry repair and maintenance

Review and follow up with PPM schedule

Arranging the Technician team and coordinate to complying daily scheduled activities

Maintain the daily log book

Tracking of AMC’s and their maintenance for equipment such as DG, CCTV, Fire alarm and firefighting system

Repairs and maintains all aspects of the Hotels i.e., electrical motor, Electrical equipment, Sports equipment, Dimmer, pool, jacuzzi, dauna and BMS.

Actively working on the Hotel Energy Conservation Program

Attends to all type of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additional/extension to the Hotel.

Complies with Hotel Health, Safety and Hygiene policy. Responsible to report any potential hazard noted whilst on duty.

Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls

Ensure to carry all necessary risk assessment and fire safety rule regulation to tackle and trouble shooting in safe manner

Participating in Monthly fire pump test

Overhauling of kitchen and laundry equipment’s and system.

Servicing, maintenance of various capacity AHU, FAHU, MAHU, Energy wheel, Ecology units & FCU units

COMPETENCIES

Good knowledge of hotel water chemistry.

Knowledge of HACCP and implementation.

Good knowledge of swimming pools.

Able to do Arc welding, soldering, and Brazing.

Assemble and dissemble of Pump and motor for changing bearings.

Can handle the kitchen Equipment and cold room, refrigeration unit.

Good knowledge of AV systems.

Good knowledge of the control panel.

Able to do plumbing work.

Wide knowledge of Ecology units and Energy wheels operation and maintenance.

Knowledge of Guest rooms- GRMS system function & operation.

Familiar and knowledge of the operation principle of Sauna, steam and Jacuzzi.
