As Construction Manager with JSARA PMC, has been working on Construction Support Projects of DGDA which includes,

FROM OCT.2021 – MARCH.2022

1.Supervised the provision of permanent utilities to the DGDA head office building (permanent water supply / NWC connection & permanent power supply connection) in liaison with DGDA, OMRAN and KEIR. Also, supervised the installation of mud hoarding around the permanent utility area there.

2.Supervised the installation of light poles, land scape, hard scape - in the parking area of DGDA head office building in liaison with DGDA. HAVELOCK ONE and BADAN.

As Construction Manager (Civil) with AYESA Engineering & Architecture, has been working on their Saline Water Treatment Plants projects and on King Khalid Military City Feeder Water Transmission System project (KKMC) of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC-KSA) & Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC-KSA).

On SWCC’s Hafr Al Batin (80 km of water transmission line, KKMC-Project) which includes supervision of construction and reviewal of design submittals of Water reservoirs / water storage tanks, Pumping station building, electrical building, generator room, guard room, water quality metering system building, inlet & outlet shafts, surge vessel and control valve shafts, Tap off Stations, laying of main 44” Dia. and branch 12” Dia. water pipeline with vent and drain stations, Sewage, Drainage & firefighting system, Cable trenches, approach and inside roads and all infrastructure network. This includes supervision of all civil and finishing works, electromechanical works, QA/QC and HSE application during the construction with close liaison with the clients, contractors, and manufacturers.

This includes supervision of all civil, finishing works of the Buildings and Infrastructure there. This includes site preparation, excavation, foundation, waterproofing, sub & main structures, roofing, finishing and infrastructure (roads, sewerage network & water supply network and MEP network) work closely with contractor for preparing shop drawings for construction in reference to MOE specifications. As Assistant Resident Engineer working with V3-CONSULTANT on LULU Market and MOT (Ministry of Transport) projects in Riyadh. This includes all civil and all finishing works of Building & Main and Secondary Roads with interchanges, bridges, utility services & culverts on MOT Project in Riyadh area.

This includes the construction of Private villas (royal family) and infrastructure there in Jeddah. Family Villas, Shura building, Luxury Hotel, King Office and Alpha Building at Yamama in Riyadh.
