Assistant Project Manager

Assistant project manager daily on projects. Schedule and attend job walk’s when necessary. Process and track all RFI’s, submittals and change orders to owners and subcontractors. Responsible for tracking job costs and gathering required documentation. Process and submit permits to jurisdictions, including public works, entitlements (Zone Changes, SUP, etc.) and SNHD permitting. All Ground-Up projects from development to build (including civil and utilities). Commercial and Residential Projects. I also work with the DOA on aviation projects. Responsible for all project coordination and permit processing for all architectural, civil and Tenant Improvement Projects, to include revisions. I work daily with all the State and County jurisdictions. I also work with all the utility companies. Order all utility as-builts for all projects and attend all project meetings in field and with jurisdictions. Responsible for all project schedules and management. Coordinate all incoming projects and complete utility research. I was responsible for payroll and all human resources for 25 employees (to include insurance coverage). Review and update project list and work with project managers and designers to assure we meet deadlines. I worked with Southwest Gas on a daily basis and worked with WMIS/FOMS system software. I oversaw the ISSAP Project (1571 areas) which included processing weekly as-builts and spreadsheets of the status of the project. I also tracked all missing as-builts and communicated on a daily basis. I also oversaw two project coordinators to include the budget of the project and process all change orders. I review and ensure appropriate approvals on all construction related invoices and payables.
