User Experience: Coordinates the end-to-end global Associate Experience using design thinking, benchmarks, and best practices; champions Associate Experience personas and user journeys prioritized for the Workday implementation.

Prepares for launch, connecting the dots from “Moments that Matter” through system design, and document to the final training delivered across all stakeholders, including the translation of materials into 8 different languages.

Knowledge Management: Responsible for designing the strategy to develop, govern, update knowledge in ServiceNow and end- user communications. Define and deliver the end-to-end Knowledge Management strategy using design thinking, benchmarks, and best practices; drives ownership for all content on ServiceNow portal.

Virginia Commonwealth University Health System is an urban, comprehensive academic medical center in central Virginia established to preserve and restore health for all people through innovation in service, research, and education. VCUHS employs over 13,000 employees regionally.

Project Management: Consulted with business partners to deliver HR services to support business strategies. Provided HR policy guidance and interpretation, along with consultation on legal and regulatory requirement to ensure compliance and reduce legal risks. Consulted with the business leaders on organization design and change management. Provided guidance and input on restructures, as well as workforce and succession planning. Analyzed trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Training: Developed and provided training for leaders before, during, and after Workday ERP implementation used design-thinking to develop a user-centric experience and fostered continuous improvement culture. Developed templates, training curriculum, and dashboards for clients in Cornerstone OnDemand. Designed and conducted training for 50 leaders on performance potential grids, pulse engagement surveys, and identifying key success factor within their workforce. Designed new learning modules as roles were added to the organization.

HR Operations: Advised leadership on future staffing needs, the role’s requirements, and organization structure. Managed and advised internal clients on complex employee relations issues. Partnered with business leaders and Compensation to develop job descriptions and ensure market-competitive salary structures. Counseled and coached managers on managing performance issues and disciplinary matters.

Immigration: Consulted with immigration attorney and hiring managers to ensure that immigration matters were conducted in a timely manner. Ensured that all renewals were processed before expiration dates were due. Advised hiring managers on visa options for new hires.
