Take whatever action was needed to correct the problem. Provide a written and verbal report to each store, District Manager and Divisional Vice President.

Responsible for the District Manager Dinner and Awards Banquet. This included booking a location, preparing the menu, preparing the invitations, ordering trophies for each winner, working to make sure the event ran smoothly.
